2. Dainier, the owner, is who does all the estimates. (No Estimators)

4. He needs help selling and he wants us to help estimating and selling.

5. He needs our sales consultations.

6. Currently he pays ONLY $50 TO $80 per estimation for his current guys. HE PAYS THEM NO COMMISSION IF THE LEAD CLOSES AS A SALE.

7. His process looks like him arriving to the job site. They typically add a charge to level the ground.

8. They DO NOT have a contract. They can’t ensure they get paid. (CREATION OF CONTRACT)

9. He also needs a “contract addendum” just in case the jobs price goes up for additional work not mentioned in original agreement.

17. HURTH will offer financing. He does not offer financing yet.

18. He has to complete the start date & end date part of the contract. This is to ensure he get paid even if the jobs gets held back by things that are out of his control.

19. He should get a handyman license. CONTRACTOR REPORTING SERVICES.
